When I request a catalog, how long will it take to get to me?

Please allow anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery of our catalog.

Do you have digital versions of your catalog?

Yes. Digital versions of our catalogs are available for download here.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We accept both checks and money orders for mail-in orders only.

Where is my order?

Your order could take up to 14 business days to get to you depending on where you live. Most shipments are delivered in 7-10 business days.

When I place an order, how long will it take to get to me?

Orders that are received are processed immediately and shipped out either the same day or the following business day.

What are the return policies?

All items must be returned in saleable condition to receive full credit. Please include your packing slip to expedite return. Credit is for product only.

Do I pay for the shipping to return the product?

Yes, you do pay for freight to get the package back to us.

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
